This role is a dynamic position with multiple responsibilities and priorities. We are looking for a bilingual (Korean-English) speaker for this role. Successful professionals will learn how to run a “full-desk” operation including business development, recruiting, and managing the hiring process from end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Joynus internal recruiting process
- Identify and recruit the talent required for each retained and contingency assignment
- Develop candidate pipelines for existing & future projects
- Take responsibility for the client hiring process from start to finish
- Work with a Recruiter team to select the best candidates and meet both the client and candidate expectations (+ ability to negotiate offers, train for on-boarding)
- Develop new relationships within client organizations
- Engage with the community at large in a meaningful way (i.e. non-profit activities, volunteer activities, networking events)

- 2-5+ years of professional work experience
- Excellent business acumen

- Professionalism, integrity, and a drive to learn and succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write, speak, and read in Korean

Career Path
- Short-term: Junior Recruiter/Search Consultant
- Mid-term: Senior Recruiter (run a team of recruiters and admin staff within your chosen area of expertise i.e. functional (Finance or Engineering) or industry (Automotive, Healthcare, or FinTec)
- Long-term: Senior Recruiter Manager (run a group of practice leaders)
