Recruitment Manager 

Joynus is looking for experienced Recruitment Manager who has passion and excitement for technology and future. You will manage sourcing contractors to represent Joynus appropriately in all aspects. We are looking for someone who is studious to perform thorough research about the client and the job description to build intuition and high probability on making efficient placement. If you are excited about building, establishing, maintaining systems and processes

to achieve results for the longer term, we highly encourage you to apply. You will work closely with the Business Development and you will have budget and flexibility to implement your ideas.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment

• Understand and comprehend the job description

• Evaluate candidate skill

• Manage sourcing candidate process

• Determine match score on a candidate to the position

• Review submitted resume

• Draft interview questions

• Interview scheduling

• Coach and train junior recruiters

• Communicate with clients

• Work directly with external candidates

• Prescreen and interview candidate


Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience.

• Experience Bullhorn or similar ATS experience.

• Able to work independently

• Ability to adapt to changing need of work environment

• Self-starter and detail oriented

• Proficient with Microsoft Office on PC


Compensation

• $45,000 - $65,000 

• Health Insurance
