Joynus is the No.1 Korean-American recruiting and staffing firm in the U.S. We are launching a new business unit in the global mobility and international recruiting, and are searching for a new sales leader in business development with clients in Korea, Vietnam, and China to work with the U.S. partners.


  • Develop international recruitment and staffing business utilizing current U.S. visa programs
  • Market clients in needs of foreign workers and communicate on policies, processes, procedures, immigration, relocation, and assignment
  • Communicate with the overseas office to support their needs and provide documents from the U.S. partners
  • Support employees with immigration and non-immigration matters in the U.S.; ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas with completeness and accuracy in a timely manner; review immigration procedures and upheld legal status of foreign national employees
  • Ensure process compliance and exceptional experience for transferees, assignees and new hires, including administration of domestic and international relocations as well as immigration sponsorship for foreign nationals in the local U.S. hires
  • Work closely with service providers such as tax consultants, external immigration counsel, and relocation vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
  • Partner with outside immigration counsel to ensure nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions are prepared accurately in a timely manner
  • Stay on top of immigration alerts, regulatory changes, and development, and communicate to appropriate stakeholders as needed
  • Communicate with foreign national candidates/employees, recruiters and hiring managers regarding all stages of immigrant and non-immigrant cases (including documentation, strategies, and case progression)
  • Track and monitor critical deadlines, and proactively identify and discuss with appropriate individuals
  • Provide and analyze complex immigration matters and solutions to employees
  • Review and track immigration procedures and the legal status of foreign national employees
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations (including LCA posting requirements)
  • Identify global immigration and mobility process improvements; assist in designing and enhancing global mobility policies, processes, systems, and tools
  • Lead international assignment/transfer cost projections and data analysis for relocation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must speak native Korean
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented characteristics are MUST
  • Experienced in corporate cultures and understand the organizational structure
  • Subject matter expert in the U.S. immigration visa sponsorship programs
  • Good understanding of immigration processes and laws
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 – 4 years of Human Resource experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
  • A “Can Do” attitude, regardless of the barriers and results

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Sales leader to establish new business with new and existing clients
  • Excellent communication and written communication skills
  • Expert in marketing and sales presentation skills to the clients using various tools, including MS PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with commonly used office software, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Must exhibit professionalism and effectiveness in working with customers, vendors, and employees.
