Joynus is hiring Sales Account Specialist position in LaGrange, GA

Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the team
  • Create long- term strategies and set up systematic
  • Assist in hiring, training and guiding the team
  • Provide consistent and continuous coaching, counseling and disciplinary documentations
  • Develop sale leads and proposals
  • Follow-up with current clients on a regular basis ensuring the customer satisfaction
  • Using a consultative approach, recommending and providing staffing solutions to clients  
  • Assist in accounts receivable and delinquents
  • Lead and coordinate community involvements
  • Network with local organizations
  • Set an excellent example and quality image of the company , conduct in a businesslike manner
  • Conduct investigation and resolve any  complaints
  • Handle all Workman’s Compensation claims
  • Record keeping for all OSHA 300, 300A and 301
  • Ensure all company compliance is met by doing audits
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Set the expectation for Safety , work ethics, professionalism, ownership of the business
  • Oversee retention and turnover
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all federal, state and local requirements- understand employment and labor laws
  • Perform other duties as they be assigned

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple prioritizes / projects
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and the ability  to effectively build relationships with internal associates, clients and candidates
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapid changing requirements and ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizations
  • Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
  • Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Staffing experience a plus
