IT Support Manager
Professional will be responsible for IT Support for the enterprise environment, be responsible for projects, project coordination, vendor control, and project scheduling as well as day to day operations.
•Knowledge in Enterprise AD environment
•8+years’ experience in enterprise helpdesk environment or Information Technology
•The position will require the ability to troubleshoot Windows OS base laptops, wired/wireless LAN, VoIP, Video Conference and any other office IT related device.
• Fluent in Korean/English
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Understanding of MS Office and other standard software.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Windows System Infrastructures
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Service Desk software and hardware technologies
