Joynus Staffing is hiring a Temp to Perm Welder at Hwa Sung.

Position Title:  Welder (Temp to Perm or Long Term Temp)

Department:  Assembly and Rework Departments

Location:  Lagrange, Georgia

Shift:  Monday – Friday (possibility of working weekend)

Pay Rate:  $9.00+/hr. Depending on experience and certification

 

• Welding parts together or repairing parts with defects
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
• Take inventory of denied and approved finished products
• Inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
• Always work safely

Welding gloves / Welding sleeves / Welding helmet / Safety glasses / Ear plugs / Steel toe shoes / Jeans or Khakis / Safety Vest / Safety Apron

 

• 1 year of welding experience 
• Previous welding experience within auto industry required
• Time management and prioritization skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comply with background check
• Comply with Drug/Alcohol Test
• Must have a record of good attendance with previous employers and a recent outstanding work history
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
